4. How long does shipping take?

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging. 6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States and selected international countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, our fulfillment process begins, and we may not be able to make changes. If you need help urgently, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.


8. What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number so we can assist you promptly.

Yes! We offer gift wrapping on select items at checkout. All of our handbags come in protective dust bags and secure packaging to ensure a beautiful unboxing experience.
